Former BU Prof Shows Off Donor Arms

Will Lautzenheiser, who received a set of arms from an anonymous donor, and Simon Talbot, one of the surgeons who performed the surgery share a light moment on Tuesday at a news conference at Brigham and Women’s Hospital on Tuesday, November 25. Lautzenheiser, who became a quad amputee in 2011 following a life threatening streptococcal infection, received a set of arms from an anonymous donor, had the transplant done at BWH in October.
